The 2010 Royal Court will be presented to the public. Come meet the 2010 Royal Court as they begin their reign. Free.

Fashion Show
Saturday, May 8th
High Tea and Fashion Show
2:00 PM in the Auditorium at Canterbury Woods
651 Sinex Avenue Pacific Grove
Join the 2010 Royal Court for a high tea with fashion shown by the many Pacific Grove boutiques and modeled by notable Pacific Grove residents. Entertainment provided by pianist Michael Martinez and harpist Amy Krupski.
Tickets are $20 and available in Pacific Grove at The Works and Cedar Street Times
Friday, July 2nd
Feast of Lanterns Art Competition and Show
Artisana Gallery, 309 Forest Avenue
The Feast of Lanterns will show the juried entries in the Art Competition and announce the winners. The show opens with an artists' reception at 6 PM. Come meet the artists. A portion of all art sales benefit the Feast of Lanterns.

Family Fun Day at the Pacific Grove
Museum of Natural History
Join the Royal Court for Family Fun Day at the Museum. There will be lots of activities for the entire family, including the traditional Chalk Fest.
11 am to 3 pm. Free.
Friday, July 23
Official Feast of Lanterns Opening Ceremony
Join the Royal Court for the 2010 Feast of Lantern official Opening Ceremony. Refreshments will be served; 1 pm at the Elmarie Dyke Open Space next to Chautauqua Hall. Free.

Parade
Friday, July 30
Pet Parade
Come one, come all - join the Royal Court as they lead the young and young-at-heart and their pets in a march down Lighthouse Avenue. Costumes from around the world encouraged. Parade participants gather in Caledonia Park at 2 pm. Parade starts at 2:30 pm. Free.
Friday, July 30
Sock Hop
Join the Royal Court to dance, dance, dance! Learn dances from around the world. Dance with the Royal Court. The party starts at 6 pm, at Chautauqua Hall. Tickets will be available at the door.
Street Dance
Saturday, July 31
Pageant at Performing Arts Center – PG
4:00 PM welcoming activities, show starts at 7:00 PM
835 Forest Avenue Pacific Grove
Entertainment begins at 7:00 PM in the theater, and includes Shinsho Mugn Daiko drummers, Chinese Lion Dancers, Monterey Bay Belles with Vocal Point quartet, Greek Dancers, and much more. The evening’s entertainment concludes with the telling of the Legend of the Blue Willow performed in pantomime by the Royal Court and narrated by Roger Powers – just as if it was all taking place on the Pier in the Cove. Tickets are $20 for adults and $10 for students, and go on sale July 2.
